21st October 2005: New
house!: I have added a beautiful new 3 bedroom home to The Sims 2 Houses
section. You can see a picture to the right. This is also the first house I've
made which the game has allowed me to upload to TheSims2.com Exchange! So go
download it, for free, now!

24th September 2005:
New
house, new download system: I have added a new house, to "The Sims 2 /
Downloads / Houses" section. There's a picture to the right. I know what you're
thinking. "That's just the 2 Bedroom Detached Home with a driveway." Well you're
exactly right. It is a real driveway though! (Nightlife required.) I'm currently
working on a brand new house, so watch out for that! I have made it so in order
to download the houses from The Sims 2 Resource, you still need to agree to the
terms and conditions, so just click the download link, to get the houses as
before! You would also be able to get the houses from TheSims2.com Exchange by
now, but The Sims 2 keeps crashing when I try to upload them! If you know
anything about this problem, please tell me!

houses from The Sims 2 Resource, by clicking the link on the homepage of "The
Sims 2 / Downloads / Houses" section. You'll probably require a subscription
though.

Expansion Pack confirmed: "The Sims are open for business. For the first
time ever your Sims can open up their own businesses! Create shops, restaurants,
nightclubs, home businesses and more. Hire friendly workers and fire slackers as
you strive to keep up with demand. Coming early 2006 to your PC!" Sounds great!

16th September 2005: Nightlife out now! And I've got it: The Sims 2 Nightlife has now been
released in the UK! And I've got myself a copy. I may add some extra info on the
game on "The Sims 2 / About the Games" page soon, if I get time.

15th September 2005: Houses removed from site again: It seems the houses are still too big, so
I've had to remove them from the site again. I'll add them to TheSims2.com
exchange soon (hopefully tomorrow) so you can download them from there.

13th September 2005: The Sims 2 Houses return to website thanks to Sims2Pack Clean Installer:
I'm glad my first submission to The Sims 2 Resource was rejected because the
file was too big. Why? Because the message they sent told me about "Sims2Pack
Clean Installer", a brilliant program that allows you to edit Sims2Pack files
and remove all the custom content and re-coloured objects inside. Thanks to that
brilliant program, all the houses have returned to the website, each around 10
times smaller. If your house files are coming out too big, download Sims2Pack
Clean Installer today! But before you do that, head on over to "The Sims 2 /
Downloads / Houses" and download my excellent houses.

10th September 2005: The Sims 2 On Console Quick Poll on main website: I have started a new

21st August 2005: The Sims 2 Houses removed from website: I have been forced to remove the
houses from "The Sims 2 / Downloads" section because the files are just too big.
The house files The Sims 2 (University) is creating just seem way to big, even
for The Sims 2 house files. The Sims 2 Resource says on their submissions page
that "If your file is above 2.5 MB it probably contains a Sim family. House
Submissions must not include families." Even the bungalow I created was
outputted in a file of the size 4.01 MB, and there's definitely no family there.
I'm sure even mansions probably shouldn't be 25 MB, which is the size of the 4
Bedroom Home. I just don't know what to do! If you think you might know why the
files are so big, please contact me! It would be a great help! I may go back to
just putting the houses on TheSims2.com's exchange in the near future if I can't
resolve the problem.

Flooring" page! Available in shades of pink, orange, blue, yellow and green, as
well as two variations of white!
