It's time to conclude my The Sims 3 Supernatural reviews, so now
is a good time to see how this expansion compares to its
predecessors through the medium of Metacritic and GameRankings.
But first, I do have one last review for you -- Gametactics.com
has rated it eight out of 10:
I can really only recommend this to fans of the supernatural,
as the expansion completely alters the game dynamics. If that’s
you, then plenty of new modes and customizations make this
expansion well worth the extra dough.

Gametactics.com
The Metascore at Metacritic currently stands at 71, and there's
probably not much chance of that changing much now. This is lower
than the base game's 'score of 86, but this is true of all the
expansion packs. This is also lower though than most of the
expansion packs, with only Showtime (67) and Generations (70)
getting lower Metascores. It's also lower than the 'scores attained
by all The Sims 2 expansion packs.
Metacritic sources (with specific Metascores):
The probably pretty-much-final Ranking at GameRankings is 77.12%.
This is lower than that attained by the base game, but no expansion
pack has exceeded that. It's higher than the Rankings attained by
Showtime, Generations and Ambitions, but lower than the other three.
Comparing to The Sims 2 expansion packs, this has a higher Ranking
than Nightlife, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage and FreeTime, with only
University, Open for Business and Apartment Life having higher
Rankings.
GameRankings sources (with specific Rankings):
So this concludes my reviews coverage -- I will not post news
about any future reviews I come across, but they will still be added
to the game page with that update mentioned in the Latest Updates
box.
